The independent
health insurance agent knows better than anyone else when it comes to finding the cheapest quotes. They can give you cheaper rates because they get the discounts straight from the company where they work. Unfortunately, you offset this discount by what you pay in exchange for their service. But again, it isn't like talking to Miss Cindy on the phone at all. The independent agent will get the better rates and you can always talk vis-a-vis with him/her.
